Can't fix Tranquility chrash

Hi,

I'm kinda new to fallout modding, and i have problems with the Transuility chrash. I found the files on the FAQ but i can't seem to install them? i don't know how i schould install them or do i need to copy paste them somewhere?

I try to install all mods with a mod manager, just to keep track of what's been installed. But since it's an Esp you can just drop it in the 'fallout new vegas\Data' folder and activate it in your mod manager\launcher.
