Caesar's army missing headgear

Hello, I've been having some issues with Caesars legionnares, their headgear seem to be missing?

Haven't had this problem with anything else so far.

Comp Specs:

System : Windows 7 64bit SP1

CPU: Intel I5 4670k @ 3.40 Ghz

Memory: 8GB Single channel DDR3 @ 666Mhz

My Fallout 3 is GOTY edition downloaded VIA steam, same with FNV. So far I've tried setting archive invalidation off and on via FOMM, no dice though. Pls Halp!

2.4 is very old now and unsupported, update to 2.9.4a

Most likely, I'll try updating to the newest version of TTW and then re-installing NVR3.

There's no NVR3 patch for TTW, so it'll probably cause the same issues.
