I got to the end of the Fallout 3 main questline. To finish it, I sent Fawkes in. He did his thing, the white flash happened, and the slideshow played, but after it ended, instead of being spwaned in the citidel, I was still in Project Purity with player controls still disabled. Has anyone else ever encountered this?

I have as well, I tried it with Lyons and with myself. When I did it myself I was on the floor with controls disabled but when I did it with Lyons same as you I was just standing there after the cutscene.
