Cant download the alien dintegrator hotfix

Title says it. I'm having the issue where aliens hold their rifles backwards and just stand there. I've found the page with the hotfix but It wont download, it takes me to this page: https://taleoftwowastelands.com/sites/default/files/Risewild/aliendisintegratortest.esp

There's only one hotfix to download, I checked the link, it works.

Managed to download it and it seems to partially work. Some aliens shoot the disintegrators with one hand now, but some still stand there

You probably need to go to a full save made BEFORE you started MSZ. If you're just loading a save made in the middle of fighting the aliens, the "bug" is probably already baked into the game data.

No, archive invalidation might need toggling.
