Failure on new game.

I tried ,after installing, to start a new game and the fallout 3 starting sequence would play and after it started it placed me in a room called the "player start cell" and nothing happens after and I do not know what to do. Any help is appreciated. I have attached a screen shot of what happens.

p.s. I hope this is in the right thread.

Running FOMM 0.14.11.12

I have removed all mods and it still doesn't work and i have reinstalled it and we'll see.
