Your save game is a level 54
Your save game is a level 54 character at Nellis AFB. I could not even load the save. You have many mods which I do not have (or want) including, presumably, a mod which allows you to level past 50. I know that in your latest load order you eliminated many mods which you had when you leveled this character. I do not know whether the save you uploaded was made after those mods were eliminated. It is an autosave which may or may not be a clean save.
My computer specs are too embarrassing to reveal, but the game still runs.

I can't load your savegame
I can't load your savegame either, it just makes my game CTD. This is due to whatever mods you use and I'm not installing them to check.
Either way, it's a mod that makes it so you can't go on zeta.
