TTW Installation Solved

I was in the process of installing TTW and everything was going great until I got to the Anchorage DLC when I was told thar TTW could not patch Anchorage.esm because it was not the default .esm and my installation was halted. The only mod I have that I feel could concievably alter my Anchorage.esm is "Updated Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch" authors BenWah and Hairylegs. I am very interested in this mod and would love to try it. Any help in resolving this problem would be appreciated.


Heart-felt apologies, I just read your moderators sticky note and will post this info as soon as I have gathered it together.


Windows 7 HP SP1 64


AMD FX(tm)-8320 eight-core


8gb RAM


AMD Radeon 7-200


NMM 0.53.7


Fallout 3 GOTY disc


do not know where the log is, searched my TTW folder but no luck. Never have been able to figure out how to export mod list, perhaps ypu could tell me; I also would be interested to know the reasoning behind having to verify that I am human every time I wish to post on this forum.

fomm export:  click load order > export load order.  puts it into a .txt file, you can copy/paste that to pastebin.com and post the link here


MO export:  probably similar, might be tools menu though.  i don't use MO myself.  pastebin and post link


NMM:  not recommended for anything here.


install log:


generally in documents > mygames > tale of two wastelands


perms:  either a full fireworks display spelling out "Puppettron Made This" anytime a user accesses my content in-game, or just give me credit somewhere.

It seems your Anchorage.esm is an unexpected or altered version.


If you reinstall from disc it should work. Don't clean the files with FO3Edit if you did. If you still have problems make sure that the files are not Read Only. You can also try to install the last official FO3 patch, but I don't think this is necessary.
