Whenever I try to download the Main files for TTW, it fails. What do I do?

What are the: "....." in the loading order?
I hope you're not missing the Gun Runners Arsenal DLC for Fallout New Vegas and/or missing the Broken Steel and Point Lookout DLCs for Fallout 3. Because you need those too.
Also are your games in English? They need to be in English for TTW to work properly.
