CTD on Title Screen

-Windows 10, Manual Install, Both are GOTY Steam Downloads

Game Crashes after Title Screen image materializes. Menu options don't show up. What do I do?

If the game is crashing on the title screen then that usually means your missing a master for one of your mods.

Trying running the game in Windows 7 compatibility mode and set your graphics option up again, if that doesn't help download and install NVAC and then set your graphics options up again.

I've always have had this type issue with FO games if the game resolution and the desktop resolution are not the same. So I'd try what Roy suggested as far as setting up your graphics options again making sure that the game resolution is set to the same resolution as your desktop resolution.
