Old Rivet City Teleport To The Divide Bug

I got this bug from https://taleoftwowastelands.com/content/rivet-city-science-lab-problem



Everything is the same as he says.  Even if I teleport there I am sent to The Divide.


Latest version, 2.9.4b.

It appears I actually have MMUE but I don't remember installing this.  Strange.
