Crash at the same location...

PC spec:




  • System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit


  • Proccessor: Intel i5 4690K 3.50GHZ


  • RAM: 16GB


Mod Manager: NMM


I isntalled TTW a couple of days ago, and had some graphical issues which I was able to fix. I started a new game with no mods only TTW related and NV DLCs up to vault 101 exterior. Then teleported (LOL) to NV then started a new game there. Afterwards teleported back to vault 101 exterior, saved, quit, then loaded all the NV mods, used LOOT to sort them out, checked TTW is in the correct load order, and it fixed it, game worked perfectly. Now, after I left Megaton to Super Duper Mart to start the Wasteland survival guide the game freezes and doesn't crash. In the Task Manager it is Not Responding so I close it. It keeps on freezing at the exact same spot (Screenshot provided) on the way from Megaton to Super Duper Mart.


What can I do to fix this?

Well, this sounds like it could be a problem.


You only need one of these

NevadaSkies - Ultimate DLC Edition.esp=1


NevadaSkies - Basic Edition.esp=1

You should have a merged patch.


Im guessing these


[collapsed title=] EVE FNV - NO GRA.esp=1

EVE FNV - NO DLC.esp=1 [/collapsed]


probably shouldnt also be in a load order with EVE FNV - ALL DLC.esp=1


Thats just from a quick once over. Someone else will probably see more.

Well I tried to go around that location to get a better view, and it seems like the game doesn't load new LOD areas.

also, going between the wastelands in any manner other than the train is going to cause game instability.  start a new game.


perms:  either a full fireworks display spelling out "Puppettron Made This" anytime a user accesses my content in-game, or just give me credit somewhere.

ah, well, then it's your LO.  after you fix it from all the things plum picked out, if it's still screwing up, go through standard troubleshooting.


perms:  either a full fireworks display spelling out "Puppettron Made This" anytime a user accesses my content in-game, or just give me credit somewhere.

Ok managed to fix it by deactivating a LOT of not needed mods... Works great for now thanks for the help
