So i started my character in the Mojave (as i just prefer the begging in FNV) and eventually got over to the D.C. I got off the train and fast traveled to Vault 101. I cannot talk to anyone in Megaton about information on 'dad', not even Moriarty. i tried using the console command "resetquest 0A014e87". It registers it as a valid command but it does absolutely nothing.
