Firelance and Console commands

I've been playing with this mod for a while and been enjoying it.

But I came across two problems, first I cant get the firelance event to activate and I've been using various techniques to try and get it and second when I tried to spawn one in through console commands (which is my last resort move) I couldnt get it to work and spawn it in.

I hope someone helps me since I really want the weapon.

When you try to spawn it via console make sure you are using the correct baseID. The first two digits will will correspond to the FO3 esm in your load order. in my case the console command would be "player.additem 0a0c80ba 1"

The encounter itself is random and I've never been able to force it to occur and I've only seen it twice in a couple thousand hours of game time.

The only way I've ever been consistent with the Firelance spawn is with a character with 10 Luck

You got me wrong i just went to places said to be the best to go repeatedly to see if it appeared.

Thanks still I was able to spawn it in, I knew I was writing the id incorrectly I just didn't know the correct way.

SImplest way I've found. Is high luck, (got it at Anchorage Memorial)
