EDIT: Fixed. For all those interested, if you have a program open that helps with internet speed, like Xfast LAN, close it. Game works after doing that. My TTW install was working perfectly yesterday - I was having A LOT of fun. But then, to improve performance due to instense lag spikes near Minefield, I installed the Fallout Optimized inis, and configured them to my PC. Then, the game stopped launching. I thought no big deal, just restore my backups, right? Wrong. With my backups restored it still wont start, I've tried every launcher, fnv4gb, nvse, even the default, and it still doesnt work. Fresh inis with TTW edits dont do anything either. I've checked for missing masters in FNVEDIT, yet still no dice. Apparantly my load order is fine. I'm stumped because I have done nothing else to my system since then besides those inis. Any help would be greatly appreciated...
