High CPU usage

I've been experiencing a 45-65% increase in CPU after installing TTW. I'm fine with hundreds of mods in my game, including new lands but my computer apparently doesn't like TTW in my game. My CPU rig is not high-end but  more medium high end or whatever you guys call a decent computer rig. Yes, I decreased all of my mods from 60+ to 14 and I even tried having no mods at all.

This is standard, in general. TTW is a whole new game. It's going to increase CPU usage by a large amount because it's basically double the content.

I had more and more cpu usage than TTW when I handle optimizer textures utility wrong:/ eventually comp froze and cpu was real warm never should have run it via MO.

AMD FX6100 OC to 3.42 / Sandisk SSD240G /GTX960 2G /16GB system ram DDR3 /

I suspect the reason for the increased CPU usage, is because there are twice as many scripts running every frame. That, and the number of NPCs being updated in the background ("low level processing")? They've doubled in number too.
