When I go to DC from Vegas in one save I'm trapped in the DC metro station with the doors saying [Inaccessible], my local map shows them as there but I can get through, when I restarted a game, this time from the DC wastes, I go to the DC metro building and I cant even enter the door, I'm absolutely positive this is the right spot based on posts here and a video on Youtube, it doesn't even show up on my local map.

we're going to need more information. post your load order, let us know which cell you're in when you exit the train for starters.

I exited from the rearmost car after exploring the train, I brougth Cass with me, and I started the first game from an already in progress New Vegas game, I've made a faux fix by selecting a DC quest then using console commands to quest objective which put me on the riverboat for Point lookout at which point I went to go explore and back to vault 101 where Escape! was triggered which I completed, now on Following in his footsteps.

1. you cannot start a TTW
1. you cannot start a TTW game from an in-progress NV save. there are a lot of things that have to function right for this to work and a lot of them are handled in the initial start.
2. when you started a new game from DC, the train station should in fact be accessible. make sure you're going to the one in Columbus Circle, not the one behind Dukov's place -- that was changed in 2.4 or 2.6 and we're on 2.9.4b now, there's several sets of doors to the outside, one of them may be inaccessible iirc. the blast doors to the train on the interior of the station will trigger a quest to get things running which you'll have to do to get to the train. it's fun. try it out sometime.
3. to post your Load Order, click Load Order > Export at the top of FOMM and save it as a txt file. then copy the contents of that file, paste them onto a page on pastebin.com and post the resulting link here. the picture you sent cuts off your LO at signature weapons, which means if there's anything below that which may be causing issues, no one will know because we can't see it.

We treat this as an RPG, you
We treat this as an RPG, you need to look around and find your way. The biggest building in columbus circle is the train station, it has many doors. Some work, some don't. When you get inside it's the same thing.

Yeah I was dumb for not checking all the doors haha, I found it, and got down to the train and realized I didnt check the door I came into the station with on my New Vegas in progress character, so I reloaded that save and am now in the capitol wasteland with cass and all my stuff.

Excellent. The warning above
Excellent. The warning above about installing TTW into an in progress FNV game still stands, but the team and I HAVE put work into that. I don't honestly expect you to run into anymore issues, but if you do, your in progress game is a likely culprit and we may tell you that again.
