HUGE bugs when going outside Doc Mitchell's House.

THESE BUGS DO NOT HAPPEN BEFORE I GO OUTSIDE DOC MITCHELL'S HOSUE.


Alright so whenever I go outside Doc Mitchell's house I see red exclamation marks everywhere.


I cant talk to anyone not even my followers and the escape button is no longer functioning.


Sometimes ill see purple skin on people aswell.


Whenever I load a save outside doc mitchell's house i wont see the exclamation marks anymore but upon entering a new cell they will appear again. And validating files on steam.


Things ive tried :


Creating a merged patch, bashed patch, cutting down mods before train station, COC'ing into goodsprings.

it does sound like "too many mods" issues though


perms:  either a full fireworks display spelling out "Puppettron Made This" anytime a user accesses my content in-game, or just give me credit somewhere.

Alright, so even before I used the train i cutted it down to 138 and it still has the same issues.


Its like my whole game went bonkers.
