EDIT: And Roybatty fixed it. Today I learned; launching NV from the vanilla launcher overwrites your INI with fallout default.

Upon rereading of the sticky,
Upon rereading of the sticky, I missed a few things.
I am using the lates version of FOMM. I'm away from my PC right now so I can't upload the TTW installation notes, and I'm not sure they'd be relevant to my issue anyhow. If you do need them, let me know and I'll run home and upload them. FAllout 3 is GOTY edition, and NV is all DLC except couriers stash. Both Steam.
