Optional Files ask for Main Files installation first (which is already done)

Vista Ultimate 64bit SP2

8Gb RAM

Intel Core 2 DUO E8400 3.00 GHz

FOMM 0.14.11.9

ToT v 2.7.3

FO3 GOTY DVD

FNV UE DVD Steam activation

After successful installation of Main files, which took about 1,5h (FOMM looked kind of frozen state; but I let it do its job) installation of Optional files is impossible because FOMM says that I have to instal Main Files before Optional; see screens

For FOMM .14 - Did you download the LAA patch off the Alpha Download page? If not will you download it and give it a shot? It's just a replacement for your FOMM.exe, and will work with *that version* of FOMM. If a new FOMM is made a new patch will have to be made. It should give you the headroom you'd need to install TTW.

Hi there, thanx for reply. I followed your advise and downloaded LAA patch but my Norton Internet Security did not like it at all and kept deleting it.

But I have found the solution to the problem even before reading Your post; the solution was really prosaic; I had only 8 Gb free space on drive C: where were placed all my pieces of the TTW puzzle (folders: FO3, FNV, TTW and MODs for FOMM). I think that could be the reason why the Main Files were installed incorrectly despite the fact of information that mod was installed successfully.

So I installed everything once again, made free space on C: up to 25 Gb and original FOMM 0.14.11.9 (without LAA patch) did its job; it took over 1 hour to activate Main Files (FOMM was in "not responding" state but I knew it was working;-D) and finally I can ENJOY TTW:-D
