the pitt not loading?

I have the fallout3 GOTY from steam and when i look at fallout 3 on FOMM the pitt is there but when i go to fallout NV it has all DLC's from both games and the TTW files but no Pitt, it wont start without it and i cannot figure out what i could have done wrong

Please provide your install log and computer specs. It might be that you do not have enough RAM to install the .fomod. You can always try a manual installation.

I have 8 gigs of ram so that shuoldnt be the problem, everything installed fine except the Pitt for some reason
