Hi there, I found and resolved an issue with the installer that caused it to crash immediately upon running:
An uncaught exception occurred: System.InvalidOperationException: Visual Styles-related operation resulted in an error because no visual style is currently active.
It turns out the solution was as simple as changing my Windows 7 Personalization to something other than the "Windows Classic" theme (to fix it I simply used "Windows 7 Basic"). I guess the installer was made to require a certain/any style active?
Would it be possible to remove this requirement from future installer releases? I'm sure it's bound to confuse anyone unfamiliar with the issue because it's simply between the installer UI and your own, not the usual download/software/hardware culprits.
That aside, it's great to have an installer to simplify things. Amazing work guys, really looking forward to this!
