Crashing after a random ammount of time.

So- I have played for the last seven hours with nothing going wrong, but only recently has stuff gone to hell. At some time post change in time, the game just crashes. No real warning, it just does. I'm not sure what exactly the cause of it is, but it keeps happening, and I don't know how to fix it.

TTWFixes needs to be directly after TaleOfTwoWastelands.esm , placing it below other mods is going to cause problems.

Using 4GB updated? Using NVAC?

Also you have 20+ mods installed but unchecked and not actually a part of your load order, -uninstall- don't just uncheck mods you aren't actually going to be using.
