Whenever I start up ttw it always crashes before the text that would say continue, load, etc. appears. I have a couple mods on and im not familiar with load order but i dont see any glaring issues. Any idea where i've gone wrong?
PC Specs:
Windows 8.1, i5-4690K, 8gb ram
FOMM 0.14.11.12

Few things:
Is the "Enchanced Weather" mod the Fallout 3 mod? If it is, then that is your problem right there, unconverted FO3 mods CANNOT be used with TTW.
TTW fixes needs to be directly under "tale of two wastelands esm".
You are using both Nevada skies AND Enhanced weather since both are weather mods that's in direct conflict.
You have unchecked esp's in load order, mods not being actively used in your save should be uninstalled and removed completely.
Finally you have no merge patch at all. (while that wont effect game stability, it will hurt mod intercompatibity.)
