Everything else is working fine, it still happens if I move the textures and meshes folders and play with only required plugins.

I fixed it by disabling
I fixed it by disabling specular effects and bloom with nvconfigurator and making the inis read only, posting here for anyone having my problem or for when I inevitably get it again in the future.
