Notes: TTW CRLTF is a racefix mod for Tranquility lane, and having on ttwfixes breaks my game instead of fixing any problems, removing meshes and textures.

ISSUE:
When I attempt to enter Vault 87 - Test Labs, the game immediately crashes. I have absolutely no idea what the problem could be.
FIXES TRIED:
Extracting the BSA files into the Data folders respective to what they go to (i.e., textures to textures, meshes to meshes in an attempt to repair a previous error where the walls and floors of the Living Quarters would not exist, leaving a void (worked). This is why I don't have ttwfixes on, because it deletes some of the meshes in question as well as meshes for any Broken Steel power armor. I might try extracting ttwfixes manually instead of via NMM and selectively installing the dungeons folder in meshes and textures next.
EDIT: Fixed. Simply extracted the failed FEV experiment .nif and textures into the correct folders from Fallout - Meshes and fallout - Textures2 bsa files. New problem: HUD elements from PN are missing. Should be easily fixable with a reinstall.
EDIT 2: More issues. The chambers wherein the deceased experiments would be found are big empty voids. Basically, the walls aren't loading for some reason.
EDIT 3: Fawkes and the speaker to speak to him are both missing. The door is open and his room is empty.
EDIT 4: Fawkes does in fact exist, but he's completely invisible. He shows up on my compass and that's how I was able to locate him. I was able to start dialogue with the air that represents him and begin the objective to free him.
EDIT 5: Fixed fawkes and the speaker. However, now the HUD is missing elements (blue squares instead of proper hud icons) and the computer has a big purple screen instead of the standard green one. Pause screen overlay is a blinding purple.
