Installation help?

Hey guys, so first off I'm running the AMD A-Series A6-4400M APU with 4GB of RAM. I have the steam versions of both FO3 and F:NV, but got the DLC from a disk. I run the TTW installer and everything builds nicely and it patches FO3 but when it goes to patch Anchorage, it gives me the error: An unhandled exception has occurred: Access to the path "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 3\Data\Anchorage.esm" is denied. What do I do?

Oh, I forgot that I'm running Windows 7.

Make sure that Anchorage.esm is not opened or in use by any other application. Close out mod managers, GECK / xEdit, and of course, the game itself.

I fixed it. It was checked read-only, so it couldn't patch it.
