Can anyone help me? I'm having trouble going from NV to DC, i get on the train but i cant leave the station to get outside to DC, the doors are "inaccessible" I am running 2.9.4a.
I've seen some other threads and coc doesn't work and I'm not running freeside open.

perms: either a full fireworks display spelling out "Puppettron Made This" anytime a user accesses my content in-game, or just give me credit somewhere.

there's a lot of doors in the columbus circle UP station. there's three sets from the central lobby where the supermutants are to the outside.
also, did you start in DC or NV?

I started in New Vegas. Had a character already there when I installed TTW.

that might be your problem right there, you can't install TTW and not make a new character/save because stuff wont work right. (or so I've been told) make a new character and use fallout nv cheat terminal to get your stuff back.

started a new character and I tried it, same thing. If you start a NV game aren't you supposed to start in DC?

did you start in NV by choice using the startmenu optional, or did you start there automatically? if you started there automatically, your .inis are screwed up.

» HELP! I start a new game being buried and then waking up in Doc Mitchell's house instead of being born in Vault 101!
You need to make an edit to your .INI files so that you start the game properly. This is normally done by the .fomod when it is installed but sometimes for some reason a manual edit is necessary:
-
The files you're looking for are C:\Users\YourName\Documents\My Games\FalloutNV\Fallout.ini and C:\Users\YourName\Documents\My Games\FalloutNV\FalloutPrefs.ini
-
You may also want to make the changes in FalloutDefault.ini in the game folder as well, if you use the normal game launcher for some reason. Using that launcher overwrites Fallout.ini with the values in FalloutDefault.ini every time it's run.
-
Make these changes:
-
SCharGenQuest = 001FFFF8
-
sIntroMovie = (yes this one is blank on purpose, it needs to be blank)
-
bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles = 1
