Hello, after spending at least 5 hours at this I decided to ask here for personal help.
First of all, I was reading serveral similar posts, was looking at all the tasks that were provided to fix this issue, but it doesn't work at all.
Here's my situation, I installed TTW without any problems, there were no errors since I bought the steam version of Fallout 3 Goty, but now I can't get it working, I mostly have no menu.
I started first by unchecking and testing which DLC's were causing issues, after testing several times I found out that

ThePitt.esm -
BrokenSteel.esm -
PointLookout.esm
do not work. In before Anchorage.esm didn't work either, but I fixed that by using the 32bit version of BSAopt instead of the 64bit version, where just Zeta.esm and the normal FNV ESM's worked.
I also found out through watching at guides that the problems are caused by the BSA's, because the menu worked completely fine, when I removed the BSA's, like it was written in this guide: http://taleoftwowastelands.com/content/ttw-24-no-menu-fix-tutorial-should-work-26x-too
I also tried reinstalling these DLC's that are not working with the TTW Installer at least 5 times.
Now I have no idea what to do, to get this working.

SOLVED: For everybody who finds this thread and who's having the same issues, I found the reason. If you have the Trend antivirus program, add an exception for TTW OR disable it.
