Hopefully this is an easy fix, but I poked through the stickied threads and haven't seen anything with my problem, so--
I have the Steam GOTY for both games, the install went great, and everything has been impressive so far!
But I'm having a problem, namely a constant static sound playing in the background. It halts when talking with someone, or when in the menus/pip-boy, but otherwise it plays a constant static sound (as if a radio station without the music is playing in the background. I don't have any radio stations turned on in the pipboy, and its pretty annoying.
Can anyone provide help?
