Like many other non-german mods TaleoftwoWastelands.esm has a few dirty entries. Don't get me wrong: These dirty entries are only because auf the german FalloutNV.esm. With the english FalloutNV.esm everything is fine. This is because different language versions of Fallout NV have different FormIDs for certain records. Scripts, Lists or Packages have a GMST (GameSetting) record instead the original one. This affects the german, the french and maybe other language versions. You can easily find those records with FNVEdit by checking for errors.
