Nevermind. Turns out equipping npc's Elite Riot Gear helmets activates the nightvision for the player, if the player crouches for some reason (which is only turned off by having an Elite Riot Gear Helmet equipped on the player and standing up)

the LR vanilla ones have a nightvision-like mode when in sneak, yeah.
perms: either a full fireworks display spelling out "Puppettron Made This" anytime a user accesses my content in-game, or just give me credit somewhere.
