Curious as to what can cause these errors?

When you get an exception sometimes the code will end up in some random place in memory causing a crash.

So this can happen even if you just started up with less than a minute or two of play time for that session? I seem to encounter the issue at pretty much the same place. Right outside of the Regulators HQ when I head towards Wheaton Armory. Guess I'll try going in a different direction and see if I can get around the issue.

Sounds like a mod has a bad nif or something and an NPC or creature there has it (weapon/armor) or is it (creature).

What's the best route to check that Roy? I've ran into similar around Minefield at Arkansas's tower, but afaik I have no mod that affects that area.
