Current Load Order: No current mods; was waiting until this was up
-
Symptoms: about 14 minutes after i start the download it shows me what is in the log, and won't finish downloading.
-
Already tried: Reinstalling all games and the TTW downloader; Changing the BSAopt to x64, verifying c++ redistributivables download, and .net framework repair.
Steam download GOTY for my fallout 3 download
I apologize in advance for any novice errors i made in creating this thread or downloading the mod, I'm admittedly not very experience with this mod or how it works. Any help is greatly appreciated. I will also attach the Log for any other purpose it might serve.
Edit: It's only 11 minutes after in this iteration but it varies around 10-15 minutes before showing this error.

One of the DLLs contained in the installer is missing. Re-download the installer from the alpha page and try again.

Well yes but i have already tried re-downloading the file. I am still getting the same error.
Edit: Are you referencing Logos.Utility.DLL?

Something is wrong on your system. The installer is trying to find that DLL file. I know for a fact it is bundled in the RAR file. At some point between downloading the installer and extracting it to your system, that DLL file is disappearing. I can't tell you why. Maybe an antivirus is deleting it?

it is that one. That's odd because it shows up in my RAR that it is there. Why would it appear to be there if it is missing?

I used file recovery, but Logos.Utility is already in my RAR files. Could it possibly be another problem related to it telling me it can't find the file path specified when i extract the installer application? it also says .net has experience something but it can continue if you press continue. I figured since i was able to get into the installer it didn't matter but I honestly don't know what's going wrong with it.

Extract the contents of the RAR to a folder and run the installer from there. Don't try to run the installer from "inside" the archive.
