I've downloaded a few converted mods and I know where to download the compatibility patch for them, but I can't find instructions for how to use the compatibility patch. Could someone please explain this to me? Thanks in advance.

Install the patch, and enable
Install the patch, and enable it in your load order. Make sure it's placed after the mods it's patching.
