Crimson Caravan Too Bright

When I walk into the gate of Crimson Caravan the brightness (whiteness) is turned up to 10. It is navigatable, but so bright I can barely make out features. Is this a known issue (hopefully with a known fix)?

I can provide all of that. Because it is only Crimson Caravan and I don't have any mods that I believe would affect it, I wanted to see if it was a known issue. I searched and couldn't find anything, but thought I might have missed something. If this is a just me issue, which I guess it is, I will resolve it. Thanks.

I found the mod causing the problem. TTW Realistic Wasteland Lighting. I am going to see if I can fix it. If I can, I will post it on here.

Here is what I did to fix it:


I deleted the enb information I had in my fallout NV folder, (but was not using since it doesn't play well with fnv4gb), and came back in and I was working fine.
