I recently started the Those! quest and got to Doctor Lesko. He talks about how we need to get rid of the guardian ants and a barter check is available for my next dialog choice. I select it, he offers me the additional reward of his lab coat, and I get an xp bonus. I ask him some question and he answers, then the barter is back. I find myself able to repeat it over and over again. Just thought I'd give the heads up.
