Posted above is a link to a video I recorded of the finale to Operation Anchorage. The bug(which happens no matter what I do) makes General Chase completely inert and causes him to run around constantly and I am stuck in the addon unless he talks to me and tells me that the Sim is over. If there is a fix then please lead me to it.

My load order is too damn long to post with over 160 plugins(New Vegas plugins only).

I have 12Gb of ram, Windows 7 H.P. and an Intel i7 4700 2.4Ghz processor.

I am using the latest version of the Fallout Mod Manager. The version should be unimportant simply because they haven't updated it in a few years.

The version of fallout 3 I loaded was the GOTY edition off of Steam.

I am actually amazed you managed to play enough to even reach the OA sim.

Shorten that LO, merge or bash the stuff you need that can be merged or bashed and remove whatever you don't need. Make it around 120 plugins or less and even if you have disabled plugins but still in your Data folder, remove them from there, the game loads them anyway even if it doesn't use them.

Also post your LO, it might help people to find out if a mod is making that bug happen. Export your load order and upload it on Pastebin or something.
