Can't pursue the Rielly's Rangers quest

yeah normally dialogues don't need any kind of patch like this... so I'm not sure what the deal is there. Perhaps the topics are sorted incorrectly, Jax needs to have a look at this and chime in on it.

Well I had the same problem with Barrows, he was exhibiting the same kind of strange behavior? However after I had the right skill level he seemed to work normally? The problem I had was in the last version not 2.8.1 so perhaps if they were to try with the right skill level it will work? With med's of 60 I think you can revive her yourself?

I have 60 medicine so I can try it. That medtek mod is a little bit of awesome sauce so I invested in medicine. I'll take a try at it after i get off work. I need to address another issue in the game tonight anyways.

I do not have the Russell and Doc Barrows is still a mute. But you do not have to speak to Reilly to start this quest, just head for the roof of the Statesman hotel and the quest will start when you meet the rest of the rangers (the only difference is no ammo box key from Reilly)

The issue is with the type 3 armour  replacers, OP has the type 3m esp in their load order.


Switching to Type 6M armour replacer and using mamelukturbo's T6M TTW esp fixed this issue for me.
