To elaborate: the installer is almost entirely new. Hence why the information was needed, and why it could be possible for you to install older versions but not this one. Again, thanks for the info.

Thanks for trying to help guys but i fixed my problem, All i had to do was run the installer in safe mode and it installed properly :D

Sounds to me that there was some software causing it, since in safe mode most programs do not run automatically. Or that there was too many things consuming memory at once.
