2.7 install issue

Win 7 x64 AMD Phenom II X4, 3.7GHz (OC to 4.0GHz), 16GB Corsair Ram @ 1333, NVidia GTX 650 TI ( i know you dont care)


FOMM 0.13.21


installed it and was activating the main FOMod when an error popped up. uploaded picture.


uploaded load order and uploaded install log


I have Fallout 3 GOTY and FNV (had a disc copy originally and then recently bought all the DLC for it)

FOMM 0.13.21 is not recommended.  Update to a newer version of FOMM.
