Okay, so I posted this in another thread when I thought it was just a mod, but then I remembered that I had this before said mod's installation, and am still having it after removing it.


Basically, when I talk to certain npc's (right now it seems to be just scavengers) they say "What do you need?" with no voice, just text, and then it backs out of the conversation. I'm really pulling my hair out over this one (figuratively), and I've checked with every mod I could think of, even some that I made. If anyone can help, please let me know.

P.S. TTW More PN Items, TTW Riot Armors of the Wastes, and the edited Advanced Recon esp's are my own mods for adding more swag to the Capitol Wasteland, and I can confirm that they are not the cause.


EDIT: Okay, I forgot to mention that npcs are spawning in weird locations. Tobar the Ferryman just spawned in my house. What the actual fuck?

Okay, so I tried a clean install without TTW Fixes and I still have the problem (why I've been gone). I'm gonna take Keltec's advice because I didn't know that before.


 


Edit: Still having the problem. This wasn't an issue for me in TTW 2.4, So I'm starting to suspect that TTW 2.7 is the culprit.

perms:  either a full fireworks display spelling out "Puppettron Made This" anytime a user accesses my content in-game, or just give me credit somewhere.

Sorry about not making a proper thread conclusion. It was Russell by someguy2000, which baffles me because that's originally a mod for Fallout New Vegas.
