I was working on some compatibility patches, when I noticed that BrokenSteel.esm has special repair lists called things like "DLC03RepairIncinerator". My suggestion is to update these to replace the existing contents with the existing list (like "RepairIncinerator"), not the contents of the regular list, just a pointer to it.
