WINRAR: The system cannot find the specified path

I get this error or another one saying the file destination is too long every time I try extracting TTW, even when I dump the files in C:/TTW. I've downloaded TTW twice now. What do I do?

Move the zip itself to c:/TTW

Move the zip itself to c:/TTW Installer (or some such), basically, shorten the path
