Yes, there is a resource file in my "mods" folder that contains the files "7Zip, BSAOpt, TTW data, and xdelta3_x32 (delta is an application not a file), and in the TTW data folder there is only "TTW files", "TTW patches" with some other scripts in the data folder as well. The only .bsa file is in a folder dubbed "main files" which is in the "main files" folder under "TTW files".

Is there a file called "TaleOfTwoWastelands.bsa" located in your folder "C:\Mods\resources\TTW Data\"

I fixed it now, sorry for wasting your time, I just moved the .bsa file and it works, thank you for cooperating with me so far.
