This is my first time trying to install TTW on fresh installs of both New Vegas Ultimate and FO3 GOTY from disc (patched to 1.7 and 1.4). I ran into the issue of not doing anything/ install button showing up again at compressing meshes.bsa but downloaded all the dependencies again. Then it patched all of the .bsa's just fine and dandy, but it decided to stop after patching Fallout3.esm with the install button appearing not greyed out again. I tried running it again multiple times, moved everything to a new clean folder, even reconverted everything from scratch from a new clean install (using CCleaner to remove any traces). I also tried the trick with changing the x32 BSAopt to the x64 version and it didn't change anything. Here's the log of an install I just ran.

Windows 7 x64, Intel Core2Quad Q8200, 4GB RAM, Newest FOMM (apparently I'm gonna need NMM instead?) but I haven't gotten to that stage yet, haven't actually opened FOMM so it's the default load order.
Should be patching Anchorage.esm, etc but says file not found in either the folder it's installing to or FO3 folder. I've tried all of the above and putting the .esm's in the Main Files folder which just causes the last two lines of the log to not appear. It seems like it finds the file and crashes but doesn't send out an error? The games run fine (or at least as fine as they can for vanilla).

Ok so having looked deeper I noticed you were just using xdelta to patch the .esms and did it manually using xdelta GUI. Seems to have worked. Maybe it was because xdelta x32 was bundled? Also why are there two patches for The Pitt (only the 4360 one worked, the other gave a key mismatch). FOMOD's built, successful install. Now it's time to try importing it into LAA FOMM...
Anyways feel free to lock or delete this, my issue is solved. Or ask me for more info if you've never seen the issue before, whatever helps.
