Installer problems

Hi I'm having a an issue with the installer.

It had no issues building the files but once it comes to doing the actual installation it says both of my games are pirated.

I have the game of the year editions of both games bought through steam.

Both games are fully updated and English.

Hoping you can help

The FOMOD hadn't altered the Fallout.ini file so i just did it manually.
