Remnants Hostile in NV

Post by DarkValor » Tue Oct 07, 2014 5:06 pm

Hi,

I have encountered a factional problem with the Remnants in the NV part of my play-through of TTW. My character has completed all of the quests and DLCs in the DC Wasteland.

It first arose when my character arrived in NOVAC. Daisy was hostile; and tried picked a fight. I thought I had a mod conflict on my hands so I investigated that – and didn’t find one. After scratching my head for about two minutes I decided to fire up GECK and load the base mods for TTW to check those out.

I found that the Remnant characters are all members of the DC Enclave Faction (EnclaveFaction), which is done in FalloutNV.esm, and that appears to be making them hostile to the player. Once I removed them from the EnclaveFaction they ceased being hostile and are operating normally (so far).

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Cheers,

Dark.

PS -- I checked the forum but couldn't find anything that seemed similar to my problem (apart from a Broken Steel problem dating back to TTW 1.x).

perms:  either a full fireworks display spelling out "Puppettron Made This" anytime a user accesses my content in-game, or just give me credit somewhere.

I found that if you bring up the console command (~) , click on her and type setav aggression 0  it will stop her from attacking you and become neutral
