I performed a clean install of both FO3 and FNV to accommodate a fresh TTW Installation using TTW v2.9.4b and FOMM v0.14.11.12 I also use FNVEdit v3.1.2
After installing TTW + Hotfixes + MCM (&MCM Hotfix) + TTW Options and begin gameplay with FO3's Capital Wasteland, I run across "ghost-like" Super Mutants. I see moving armors/clothing without a body. When using VATS, the enemy are various Super Mutants. I ran FNVEdit which did not return any errors until I ran the "Apply Filter" option using only the "Conflict status inherited by parent" option. I get several <Warning> messages regarding unused data in reference to Super Mutant textures.

I have attempted to remove the TTW Main FOMOD via FOMM, deleted it from FOMM and removed it from cache in FOMM. I also deleted the FOMOD info from my TTW Directory for the installation and performed another clean install for TTW using the same installer (v2.9.4b). After reinstalling the TTW Main FOMOD via FOMM, I still get the same errors. This was how it was corrected by another user (link to reference noted above). I haven't tried anything else, yet. I only know the basic functions using FNVEdit tool and literally no experience with the GECK (even though I do have GECK).
My Custom Build System Specs:
OS: Windows 10 Pro Build 10586.29
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-4300 Quad-Core Processor 3.8 GHz
Memory: 8.00 GB (DDR3)
Thanks for any help or suggestions! Your latest TTW Installation scripts (2.9.4b) does include putting these textures in, correct? Just wondering since reinstalling didn't fix.
EDIT: I'm running STEAM FNV with all DLCS purchased through STEAM and Windows Live FO3 GOTY .. I have been successful running an earlier version of TTW with these.
NEW EDIT: I performed another clean install using TTW v2.9.4a.. and still get exact same errors with the same files.
