Hey there,
got a weird problem with Utility stations cells like the Anchorage Memorial Facility Bay. Some of the textures in these cells flicker pretty heavily. Made a little .gif to show you what is happening.

ENB is not the culprit -
Interior Light Template / Image Spaces are not the culprit (tried to use different ones from cells that do not flicker) -
These errors appear immediately after loading a game (therefore no memory leak or full VRAM problem) -
Am using NMC High textures
Does anyone else have an idea why this is happening? Corrupt meshes? Corrupt textures? Pipboy flashlight just messy?
Or is this another engine limitation?
