German Fallout 3

Now that Fallout is on sale for 5 euro i wanted to buy the english steam version of Fallout 3. But im from Germany and i noticed that it is not easy to get the english version. Is there any hope that it will be compatible with the German No Gore Steam Version in the future? Because then i will buy it. I would love to play ToTW.

Any Suggestions?

In the future? Yes, we are REALLY trying to get to that point. But don't expect it any time soon, I'm sorry. My advice is to buy it and hope for the best, the game is truly worth 5 euros.

Thanks for the fast reply. I already own the GfWL German NO Gore Version :D. So i would buy it for TTW only. Is there a propability that it will work for German Steam and not for GfWL German? On the other hand it is only 5 Euro and owning it on Steam is always nice.

A friend of mine bought me an english Fallout 3 uncut version on a keystore and it worked with this version. Had some problems installing it first but now it works flawlessly. Thanks for the good work. I even installed it on a modded New Vegas.

You buy it and they send you a Steam present which you can redeem. Technically you cannot call it a Keystore anymore because you don't buy keys. Presumably they stock the presents when Steam does sales and sell them afterwards but in this case it was more expensive because F3 was on sale on Steam aswell. But it is worth every €.

I didn't think you could send steam gifts to people out of your region, glad you got it working though.
